TREATY
BETWEEN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE LAO PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC ON TRANSFER OF SENTENCED PERSONS

Done in Moscow 26th of September 2017 in duplicate, each in Russian, Lao and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of interpretation discrepancies, the English text shall prevail.
