MEMORANDUM
OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION AND THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF ECUADOR ON ECONOMIC AND TRADE COOPERATION
The Eurasian Economic Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Ecuador, hereinafter referred to as the "Parties";
RECOGNIZING the aspiration of the Parties to establish a dialogue for mutually beneficial economic cooperation and the promotion of the expansion and diversification of trade and technical cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union Member States and the Republic of Ecuador;
REAFFIRMING their commitment to the principles of international law, the United Nations Charter and the World Trade Organization;
HAVING the aspiration of the Parties to develop and strengthen the multilateral trading system and supporting early accession of the Republic of Belarus to the WTO;
HAVE REACHED the following understanding:
Signed in the city of Moscow 24 November 2017 in two original copies each in the Russian, Spanish and English languages. In case of any difference in the interpretation of this Memorandum, the English text prevails.
