The objectives of the cooperation between the Parties in the framework of this Memorandum are to promote comprehensive cooperation between the Parties through facilitating and accelerating the exchange of information, strengthening of cooperation in trade and economic sphere.

The Parties shall encourage the establishment of contacts between the companies of the Eurasian Economic Union Member States and the Republic of Ecuador particularly small and medium sized enterprises and association of producers.
