Article 4
1. Nationals of the Russian Federation who have lost their travel documents, or whose travel documents have been damaged during their stay in the territory of the Republic of Palau, shall immediately notify the competent authorities of the Republic of Palau as well as the diplomatic mission or a consular post of the Russian Federation.
2. Nationals of the Russian Federation who have lost their travel documents, or whose travel documents have been damaged during their stay in the territory of the Republic of Palau, shall be permitted to leave the territory of the Republic of Palau and return to the Russian Federation without visas on the basis of a temporary personal identification document which authorizes re-entry to the Russian Federation issued by the diplomatic mission or a consular post of the Russian Federation.
3. Nationals of the Republic of Palau who have lost their travel documents, or whose travel documents have been damaged during their stay in the territory of the Russian Federation, shall immediately notify the competent authorities of the Russian Federation as well as the diplomatic mission or a consular post of the Republic of Palau.
4. Nationals of the Republic of Palau who have lost their travel documents, or whose travel documents have been damaged during their stay in the territory of the Russian Federation, shall be permitted to leave the territory of the Russian Federation and return to the Republic of Palau without visas on the basis of a temporary personal identification document which authorizes re-entry to the Republic of Palau issued by the diplomatic mission or a consular post of the Republic of Palau.
