Article 10

1. The competent authorities of the Parties shall exchange specimens of travel documents no later than 30 calendar days after this Agreement is signed.

2. The competent authorities of the Parties shall inform each other of any changes to travel documents at least 30 calendar days before the introduction of such changes and simultaneously provide the competent authorities of the other Party with specimens of such travel documents.

3. The competent authorities of the Parties shall exchange information relating to temporary documents referred to in Article 4 of this Agreement.
