Article 2

1. Nationals of the Russian Federation holding travel documents and not intending to work, study or reside in the territory of the Republic of Palau shall be exempted from visa requirements for entry into, stay in, exit from or transit through the territory of the Republic of Palau. Each period of stay shall not exceed 30 calendar days.

2. Nationals of the Republic of Palau holding travel documents and not intending to work, study or reside in the territory of the Russian Federation shall be exempted from visa requirements for entry into, stay in, exit from or transit through the territory of the Russian Federation. Each period of stay shall not exceed 30 calendar days.

3. The cumulative period of stay permitted on the territory of one of the Parties within any given period shall be determined according to the laws of this Party.
