TREATY
ON BASIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA

The Russian Federation and the Commonwealth of Dominica, hereinafter referred to as "the Parties",

GUIDED by the objectives and principles of the Charter of the United Nations,

RESOLVED to strengthen bilateral relations based on mutual respect, friendship and cooperation,

SEEKING to develop mutually beneficial cooperation between both States in political, commercial, economic, social, and cultural fields as well as partnership,

REAFFIRMING their commitment to the principles of democracy, respect for, protection and promotion of human rights and fundamental freedoms.

Have agreed as follows:

Done at New York on 28 September 2018, in duplicate, in Russian and English languages, each text being equally authentic.
