AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KINGDOM OF NORWAY ON FACILITATION OF MUTUAL TRAVEL FOR BORDER RESIDENTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE KINGDOM OF NORWAY

The Protocol, signed in Moscow on January 20, 2016 amended this Agreement. The Protocol is not in force
The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway (hereinafter referred to as the Parties),
Taking into account the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway on the facilitation of the issuance of visas to the citizens of the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Norway signed on the 8th of June 2007,
Taking into account the provisions of the legislation of the States of the Parties,
Desiring to facilitate the development of contacts among people as an essential condition for the sustainable development of economic, social and cultural cooperation,
Seeking to simplify mutual travel regime,
Have agreed on the following:
Done in Oslo on November 2, 2010 in two original copies each in Russian, Norwegian and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of discrepancies concerning the interpretation, the Parties shall refer to the text in English.
