BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
TO AMEND THE PROTOCOL BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM ON SUPPORTING THE PRODUCTION OF MOTOR TRANSPORT VEHICLES IN THE TERRITORY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM DATED 21 MARCH 2016

The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, hereinafter referred to as "the Parties";

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Protocol between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam on supporting the production of motor transport vehicles in the territory of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (hereinafter referred to as "the 2016 Protocol"), done at Moscow on 21 March 2016;

have agreed as follows:
